Flamin Grate Food Company
Frustrated with a lack of freedom & control over his life and food, Adam took the plunge in 2016 & decided to do it for himself! As a keen festival goer & a chef with a love for street food & theatre he knew he could bring something special to his mobile catering.
After a successful stint of mobile catering at festivals, sporting events & local meets as well as weddings and private functions, his growing popularity & amazing wood fired pizza led him to a permanent residency at The Butchers Dog in Ashley Cross.
Like many Adam was negatively affected by the pandemic, however, he used this time to set up a pop up delivery service, sending out fresh pizza to the local area.
Somehow he also found the time to develop & create his own sausages. Adam knew he needed the best & freshest ingredients to create a sausage worthy of his amazing pizza!
His knowledge of flavour combinations & passion for good food ensured the sausages were equally as successful!
